|Nice layby at the side of the canal .. just off the main road.|
Lovely spot with 2 Dog friendly Pubs within walking distance.
Walk away from the bridge along the Canal on your left.
The Aquacuct Pub is 1.7km away on the otherside of the Canal.
For the brave you can continue your walk for 1.5km over the Aquaduct and visit Telfords Inn. Both Pubs serve Food

A really nice stop, busy during the day with dog walkers but very peaceful at night, lovely walk along canal to aquaduct. Would not recommend for anything larger than 6m as there is nowhere to turn around on the towpath once you are down, and if other vehicles are parked up it is very tight. No facilities at all.View all reviews by CNelmes
Great little stopover. Canal side layby. Quiet evening, busy with dog walkers in the day. The night i stayed we had a visit from the police, but that was because a bike had been stolen from a canal boat the other side of the bridge. I will definatly stay again.View all reviews by PaulandLou

Updated the Info with details of 2 local pubs
Lovely peacefull place, our 7.35 metre van came down no problem and managed to turn round - could be awkward if cars were parked.View all reviews by stevedee
Small lay by at side of canal edge. Only big enough for 3 vechiels, used loads by dog walkers. Quite night, nice waking up and watching the barages float past. No binsView all reviews by irishwales
