Spent the weekend around Vyrnwy. We stayed in all of wild camping spots around the lake, but found this one to be the best/quietist. It's got amazing views and you'll get a peaceful night. Midges were a bit of an issue, but they were far less here than any of the other stops. No bins. So take your rubbish with you. Great little stopover.View all reviews by swift100
Brilliant little park up or stop over if you enjoy living in a world without a mobile and GPS signal. lots of nice walks along the river, we stayed for just 8 hours in the day and left because of the lack of mobile signal. lots of people around all day long.View all reviews by wcvm
Absolutely stunning spot. Slight slope in places and narrow gate, take it slow if you are 2.30m or wider.View all reviews by n1cktdv8

Lovely and quiet no phone signal, no Tv signal not even radio signal so load your ipad/iplayer if here when it gets dark at 4pm ????
Great spot for cycling around lake or walking to waterfall.
We stopped there over the weekend ,found it very quiet and picturesque , there is walk to a fantastic waterfall which worth a visit , although it rained most of the day the pitch was good a few puddles but no problem driving on it ,will definitely visit again come the summerView all reviews by bazthomas

We read the review posted here and decided to give it a go. Girlfriend wasn't keen on wild camping but soon changed her mind. Two other motorhomes were staying on here the night we did and it was peaceful. No bins though. So will have to take your rubbish to another picnic area. And midges everywhere so don't go outside at night.View all reviews by davecrook1
lovely spot .. no chance of phone signal .. suitable if you fancy a camp fire .. the sheep do raom around so dogs need to be kept on leads. Great location for a walk to the waterfallView all reviews by irishwales
