the stepping stones across the river to ogmore castle or great fun we will return .
tried to add photo's but keep going upside down
Lovely spot by the river (great for a swim in this hot weather). Well used by dog walkers and others.View all reviews by igup
There were some youngsters who enjoyed skidding & spraying gravel when they arrived quietened down after 11 - including the peacock!
Stepping stones up by the castle may be problematic for the not sure footed. If you walk across field (turn left immediately after crossing the bouncy bridge) & take metal bridge then turn left on road to get to the watermill. Few real ales :)
Great little spot by the river. Quite a few dog walkers passing through the evening, and a few youngsters hanging around (it was gloriously sunny), but quiet and peaceful through the night. Nice walk across footbridge and stepping stones across the Ogmore and Ewenny rivers to The Penguin In Her Piety gastropub, and The Watermill. Will return!View all reviews by bitsmissing
Lovely quiet location ideal for a night stopover. Had to leave in a hurry in the morning due to van being surrounded by horses getting a bit over friendly to avoid damage to van.View all reviews by morellimor
Beautiful place to stay very quiet..nice view of ogmore castle..easy stroll to the pelican pub with good menu.had no issue with the road as it was so peaceful..few dog walkers and fly fishermen use this spot.has no facilities other than refuse binsView all reviews by stejancox
Fabulous spot thatched cottage village. Not ideal for larger motorhomes as roads only just wider than a car and not many passing places.View all reviews by caz51
