Lovely little site. Grassy field, mostly gently sloping, but with some flat areas. Gravel access road into the field. Very peaceful and rural.View all reviews by thidwick
Facilities are basic: but functional. Might be overloaded if the site was full.
Cost was £17/night for the motorhome, plus £4 for 10amp hook up. Friendly and helpful owners.
Lovely views of the Long Mynd. Access to footpath direct from the site.
Small village with two pubs within 5 mins walk. We had excellent food and excellent beer in the Ragleth Arms. They are friendly folks too.
We only stayed one night as we passed through - but we’ll be back.
Fantastic little site scenery is beautiful - great walks straight from the campsite.View all reviews by powerjen
Two pubs in thevillage both serve excellent food. Nearest shops are Church Stretton so bring groceries.
Washroom and shower facilities are basic but adequate, like campsites used to be.
Perfect relaxing campsite
Excellent site and owners. Toilets and showers are great and the site is kept immaculate. Great walks and cycling. 2 Pubs down the lane. You need to cross a very small ford to get to the site but access is very good. Highly recommend.View all reviews by johnandmaree
Pretty little site, friendly owner who even puts rubber matting down if the ground conditions are a bit soggy. Perfect base for walking and a couple of nice pubs a short walk down the road.View all reviews by lyndon999
Small but perfectly formed campsite in wonderful location. Left side of the site gets morning but not evening sun. As a result it's less popular. The right hand side was a bit sardines.View all reviews by escapee
Small campsite with basic facilities, small toilet block with 2 showers in each. washing up facility and chemical disposal point. Fresh water points available, although very close to pitches, making it a little tight if you need to fill your water tank by hose. Shallow stream running down the side of the site. Very friendly owners who recommend walking routes etc. 2 pubs within walking distance, both have a good selection of ales/wines and serve food. Access to the site can be a little tight as cars parked on side of the road and entrance has a small shallow ford. Motorhome and 2 adults £15 per night or £19 with EHU in June. Site can get quite busy so would recommend phoning ahead to book. Barbecues permitted - if disposable bbq being used the owners request a stand be used - they will provide one if you don't have one.View all reviews by wefsmum
