Lovely site, bar staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we arrived after 4.30 on a Sunday, so stopped serving food. Reasonably priced drinks.View all reviews by deebeediva
Lots of live acts in the coming weeks. We will be back.
Unpretentious pub with very welcoming staff and very good value food. Toilets were dilapidated but spotlessly clean. Field at rear with outdoor stage.View all reviews by spike42
Quiet night in February, despite pub being busy.
I did get blocked in but managed to do a multipoint turn and squeezed out in the morning.
Nice friendly pub, who had no problem with us staying in carpark. Food cheap & cheerful, beers good. Childress playground & outside seating. Across the road from train line, but not noisy at all.View all reviews by rabbitboy
I agree with the previous reviews and we enjoyed the meal we had in the pub. The facilities of the pub are good but for the motorhome specific there is only a water tap but this is as stated. If this place is a convenient place on your route, then it is worth using.View all reviews by camperking
This place is an absolutely brilliant pub to stay at, hospitality is amazing, great food, loads of outdoor seating, great hosts. Its free to stay overnight no problem, large parking area. There's also a water tap in the car park for filling water tanks up etc, hose is required. Mingled with a couple of locals whilst staying here on my own in my Hymer. They also do lots of music nights and festivals so worth checking the website to see whats on. They had a Porsche club meet tonight too ;)View all reviews by twitch
Actually very nice. Arrived early afternoon. Parked where I wanted (I guessed it would be out of the way!) really convenient off the M4. Staff and patrons lovely. Food good. Will visit againView all reviews by linsey
Great stopover 10 minutes from the M5. Staff really friendly and helpful. Food served until 9pm and dog friendly. Ticked all the boxes for us last night 31.08.2017 thank you.View all reviews by abbo
Excellent place to park up to visit Bristol, train station 150m. No facilities. Good food and fine selection of ales. In summer they have music festivals (tribute, rock, jazz and country)in the field at rear of car park. Lounge bar has entertainment at weekend. When we visit Bristol this is where we stay. Nice pub in quiet location. Park at the far end of compact car park. Friendly staff and good food. A bit basic but ideal for overnight stay.View all reviews by petercsmith
