Stayed here for two nights End of September 2018. Very clean and tidy with plenty of space on our pitch. Toilets and showers were first class and very clean. Even had piped music. Clean and sheltered waste water and toilet disposal points and a convenient small site shop for various camping and eating requirements.Very friendly owners and good site security.View all reviews by rogerg
Convenient for Lulworth Cove, Tank museum, Durdle Dor and Jurassic coast. Would stay again.
Stayed for 2 Nights in October. Very friendly owners, toilets spotlessly clean, nice large shower cubicles. Only criticism was train horn blarring everytime train went past.!View all reviews by celticmick
Stayed here in May. It was half term so quite busy. We chose this site because it came well recommended. The staff are really nice and friendly. You can walk into town from there where there are a couple of pubs and a few shops. The showers are the best I've been in. They are immaculate and have a nice sized area for getting dressed in and even a mirror in there. A really good design.View all reviews by hilsandglenns
We asked for a hard standing pitch. It was gravel but you have to drive over grass to get to it. This might be an issue for Motorhomers. Our pitch was by a walkway and the people walking up and down it was almost constant. Not very private for getting changed etc. unless you are prepared to live in the dark with the blinds down.
There is also frequent train noise from the nearby railway. The driver sounds his horn at the crossing. This didn't bother me and I didn't hear it in the night.
Television reception was a bit patchy and I couldn't get a connection to my mifi at all.
This site has a lot to recommend but I just didn't feel settled here don't know why. I couldn't fault the staff.
