Found this site from this app; unable to get through on the phone so just turned up. No problems. Chose pitch nearer the farmhouse for better view.
Cannot attach hosepipe to water tap, so don't turn up with an empty on-board water tank.
Host could not have been nicer. Very chatty and full of local knowledge. We checked in for 1 night but ended up staying 2 as it was so tranquil.

A fantastic CL with stunning views - and only £6! The host was very welcoming and informative about the local and wider area. It is definitely on our "to be returned to" list.

Fantastic views over West Tarbet Loch. There are 3 locations to site your outfit. We started with the first one you come across, room for 3, a couple of them with views. We then walked down to pay at the farm and found 2 more with brilliant elevated views over the Loch, the choice is yours!
The facilities are basic at the best. Toilet emptying is into a plastic lined pit with a cover over it, reminded me of the times we spent on rallies with open pits to tip the contents of the loo into. There is no water by the pit so bring a container with you. The drinking water tap is a few yards away and takes a while to fill up.
However for £6 per night a wonderful place to stay with great walking.
