Nice aire overlooking the bay with fine views. Completely open to the elements so it's worth checking the forecast before making your decision. Cinema closed for most of January. Good cycle route to Bayeaux.View all reviews by WanderWebb
Out of season parking here is completely free. The view is superb, you can really see the building of Mulberry harbour. The wind is powerful, as the parking is completely exposed. There is a path down into the town by the cinema. The loos are closed out of season, but the service point was still going. The water pressure is very low, we got about 60 litres for our 2Euros (and it was very bleak standing in the wind for 10mins holding down the push button!)View all reviews by vanessavan
Great location to visit Gold beach, mounuments...360 cinema mintues walk with all the history.View all reviews by ireneplunkett
A lovely steep walk down to the town and beach. Highly recommend this lovely quiet stop over. Facilities available to empty cassette was 2Euros. No one here to collect the 6 euros over night parking, also no machine for payment. We enjoyed wonderful weather, so made for a very pleasent stay
Level parking with great views. Facilites near entrance(€2 coin for water)View all reviews by arvey
You must visit the cinema cost €6 each, surround sound and images on nine screens brings alive the first 100 days from D Day till the liberation of Paris. It only last 19 minutes, far from gory but puts history into place and reminds everyone that peace and harmony will win out.
A very popular spot on top if thd cliffs overlooking the bay and the renains of the d day mulberry harbour. Handy for the 360 theatre and guft shop and only a short but steep walk to the beach.View all reviews by meggers
High on the cliff top, overlooking Gold Beach, which made it very wet and windy today !View all reviews by radioham
A short walk from the 360 degree cinema presentation. A good spot for D-day history.
There is a service point close to the entrance next to the public toilets, which is easy to miss.
Pay for parking on entry. Cam take long motor homes, but the turn in to the pay booth is quite tight.
Excellet site. We arrived late after the attendant had gone home and so was left a polite note on the windscreen in the morning to pay 6€ before we left. This is valid however for 24hrs, we left it on the screen and was ok till the following morning. Very happy to pay, but had we left before 9am this would have been avoided. Amazing view over the sea, can be windy due to clift top location, but easy access into town. Toilets closed however at night.View all reviews by dizzygirl
Right on the cliff top with wonderful views of the sea. Short walk down hill to the town or catch the free bus.View all reviews by pottyhouse1
Right next to the 360 cinema telling the story of the 100days of liberation.
Lots of vans there in August and wuite close together.
Great location and even better views but could be difficult to sleep on a very windy night. 6E for day and night parking. Too windy for us so decamped to the town aired as did 6 other campers.View all reviews by petercsmith
Amazing views from the top of the cliffs , it is €6 for the day and that includes overnight until 9 o clock the next morning which is good value . The official aire seemed very crowded and tight to park but you can dump your waste there .View all reviews by neild
Great views down over Arromanche.View all reviews by dirchy
It's day parking only, no over night, 10pm closure. 6€ for motorhomes.
We used the free land train down and back from the centre of town, it's pretty steep, so very handy with Shazz dodgy cartilage.
Don't even try to park in town with a camper unless you are going to the Municipal Camping just behind the town centre.
Service point is €2 for water but out of order 20/8/17
Place busy but spaces always seems to be available
Visited Aug 2016 . Cost is now 6 Euro per day but no one was operating the kiosk.. we didn't stay past 7 in the evening.View all reviews by irishwales
Stopped here for the day whilst we went to the town and walked the beach. Noticed there is now a service point outside the toilet block.View all reviews by leltel
